& Conditions
The booking
of a place on any publicly presented course from RSM Technology
Ltd implies acceptance of these terms and conditions unless they
are varied in writing by RSM Technology Ltd.
- Payment of course fees for places on public course presentations
is due fourteen days prior to commencement of the course.
- RSM reserves the right to refuse bookings from any organisation
or individual, or to accept such bookings only on special terms.
- All attendees will be asked to complete an RSM Delegate/Installation
Profile form prior to attending a course, in order that RSM can
ensure that they have the prerequisite knowledge and/or experience
required. Failure to complete and return the form within the
specified time invalidates RSM's guarantee.
- As part of its Continuous Improvement Policy, RSM reserves
the right to make changes and amendments to a course programme
at any time.
- Places booked on public course presentations may be cancelled up to twenty-one days prior to the course commencement without penalty. Cancellations made after that date, or non-attendance will be charged at the following rates:
15 to 21 days prior = 50%, 8 to 14 days prior = 75%, 1 to 7 days prior = 100%.
- Substitutions of attendees may be made at any time up to the
start of the course (subject to paragraphs 2 and 3 above) at
no extra charge.
- For in-house or single-company courses, all course fees and
expenses will be invoiced on the last day of the course. All
invoices are to be paid within thirty days of the invoice date.
- RSM reserves the right to use the client's company name in
future marketing activities.
- All documentation supplied by RSM Technology Ltd as part of
a course is copyright and remains the property of RSM Technology
Ltd and/or its individual author(s).
- RSM reserves the right to allocate trainers at its discretion
for the presentation of courses.
- RSM reserves the right to cancel any course without penalty
due to non-availability of the trainer(s) or for any other reason.
RSM will always use its best endeavours to replace a trainer.
- Should a course fail to meet its stated and agreed objectives,
and all attendees have completed Delegate/Installation Profile
forms and returned them prior to the course presentation, RSM
will refund the fees. RSM accepts no liability for any other
expenditure that may be incurred.
- Interest at the rate of 3% above base will be
charged on all invoices that are not settled within the allowed
period. This will be calculated and compounded daily.

booking of a single-company, in-house course presentation from
RSM Technology Ltd implies acceptance of these terms and conditions
unless they are varied in writing by RSM Technology Ltd.

- For in-house and/or single-company course
presentations the date of the proposed course is to be agreed
between the client and RSM at least thirty calendar days prior
to the commencement of the course. If a client cancels a course
after the starting date has been agreed the following cancellation
charges shall be payable:
over 28 days prior to commencement: no charge
14 to 28 days prior to commencement: 50% of the quoted fee
less than 14 days prior to commencement: 100% of the quoted fee
(plus flight cancellation and hotel reservation penalties, recharged
at cost)
- Interest at the rate of 3% above base will
