IMS Concepts & Facilities
This course introduces the concepts IMS/DB and IMS/TM and the terminology used in the IMS environment. It also explains what facilities are available and where best to use them.
This course is available 'on demand' (minimum 2 students) for public presentations and for one-company presentations, live over the Internet, via RSM's Virtual Classroom Environment service.

Prerequisites
A general understanding of database concepts and familiarity with the IBM mainframe computing environment. This can be gained by attending the course IBM X Systems - Introduced & Explained.
